    Since everything that we do is customized, we'll start off with a brief conversation to understand a bit about your current situation and ultimately determine if we can even we help you achieve your goals.

    Discovery and Planning

    Once we determine that we can help you, we'll come up with a customized strategy for you that takes into account your firm's size, goals and budget. We'll also talk you through the evolution of our plan and how we'd be planning for the long term, while simultaneously focusing on getting you some quick wins.

    System Build Out

    Then, if you decide that we're a good fit for you and you'd like to move forward we'll set up an onboarding call where we'll get access to everything that we need, talk you through what your expectations should be and walk you through what the implementation pathway will look like. Then we'll get started on our work!

    Data-Driven Iteration

    Once everything is ready and we've launched your system, we'll have frequent calls to check in on how everything is going, what you're happy with, if there is anything you are unhappy with and ultimately make changes quickly so that you get the best results possible.

(Kind of like if you had someone ask you how much you charge before you know ANYTHING about what the case is about. It just doesn't work that way.)

That's why on our call we'll deeply explore your current situation and then create our service around that.

At the end of the day, we wouldn't be able to run a sustainable business, or keep clients long term if our fees didn't make sense.

So because of that we'll always structure pricing in a way that is fair to both parties, and more importantly, is extremely easy to justify because the return on investment and value you receive far outweighs what you're putting in.
