Personal Injury Law Firm Marketing
Marketing built for personal injury firms.
We work exclusively with law firms. We've spent the last few years figuring out exactly what wins in personal injury, the kind of practice where one settlement can pay for a year of marketing. This is the playbook.
Why personal injury is different
Personal injury marketing isn't generic marketing.
Three things about this practice area fundamentally change how the marketing has to be run. Most agencies ignore all three.
01
Case values are uneven, in our favor
A single PI settlement can dwarf the cost of years of marketing. That changes the math on what's worth doing and what isn't. We optimize for the long tail of high-value cases, not for cheap leads that never settle.
02
Competition is brutal at the top
PI is the most competitive practice area in legal marketing. Most agencies copy what worked five years ago and bleed firms dry on ad spend. We test relentlessly and lean into channels other agencies still ignore (rideshare, niche subtypes, AI search).
03
Speed-to-lead decides everything
The PI firm that calls back first wins the case, not the one with the bigger ad budget. We build the response automation (call, SMS, email, calendar) that closes that gap to under two minutes, around the clock.
The System
The full picture, end to end.
Everything we run for a personal injury firm fits into one of five layers. We build the ones your firm actually needs, in the order that compounds fastest, never a fixed package.
Give prospects zero reason to scroll past you and call someone else.
Driving traffic to a weak presence is the most expensive mistake in legal marketing. You pay to send strangers somewhere that talks them out of calling. We refuse to do that. We get every surface a prospect lands on working in your favor before a cent goes to ads.
What this may include
“Ad Hoc Digital has been the best investment that I've made so far since opening my business. He undersold himself and over promised in every way possible. The amount of personal attention he gives to his clients is amazing, he has frequent meetings with you and will make sure you understand the whole process. If you are looking to bring your law firm to the next level Santiago Alvarez is your guy to go to.”

The questions these firms actually ask us.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We'd rather a real conversation than a sales pitch.
What kind of personal injury results have you actually seen?+
We've taken individual PI cases to seven-figure settlements from campaigns nobody else was running (one client signed a $1.5M Lyft accident case from a rideshare campaign we built specifically for them). On the steadier side, we've consistently delivered 9 to 15 new qualified cases a month for solo PI practices. Results vary by market, budget, and intake speed, and we don't promise specific outcomes.
Do you only work with established PI firms?+
No. We work with everything from brand-new solos to multi-office firms. The playbook is the same, but the order we deploy channels in changes. Newer firms usually start with LSAs plus reputation work; established firms layer Meta and organic on top.
How is this different from a generalist marketing agency?+
Two things. First, every channel we run is tuned for PI economics specifically, not for an HVAC company that also happens to be on Google. Second, you work directly with management, not a layered account team, so when a campaign needs to change you get the change in days, not weeks.
How quickly will I see results?+
It depends what was already in place. Several PI clients have seen their first signed cases inside the first week after launch. For most firms, the realistic expectation is meaningful results inside the first month, with the system settling into a predictable monthly pattern by months 2 to 3.
What happens if my intake can't handle the lead volume?+
We'll tell you. Pouring leads into an intake that can't follow up is a waste of both of our time. We'll either help you tighten intake first (automations, scripting, response-time SLAs) or hold off on layering new channels until the firm can absorb the volume.
