Websites for law firms

Your website looks fine. So why doesn't it make the phone ring?

A law firm website has three jobs: get found in Google and AI answers, convince a stranger to reach out, and get that call or form to you fast. We build and run fast custom sites that do all three, wired into your CRM.

See it for your firm

Picture your site doing its job.

Fast to load, a page that answers the exact question they searched, and an easy way to call or book. On a laptop or a phone.

Illustration of the goal. Results vary.

  1. 1The page loads fast, on any device.
  2. 2It answers the question they searched.
  3. 3Booking or calling takes one tap.

The short answer

If you read one part of this page, read this.

We build and run custom websites for law firms. Not a template with your logo swapped in: a site built around your practice areas and your market, fast on a phone, with a clear page for every practice area and location you want to be known for.

Every form posts straight into your CRM and asks how the person heard about you, with an AI option. Structured data tells Google and AI tools who you are, what you do and where. AI crawlers are let in, not blocked by accident. And when you want something changed, you tell us and we change it.

We don't sell SEO as a separate service: getting found is built into how we make the site, and into our AI search work. One Toronto solo came to us with no online presence at all. We built everything from the ground up, and the first client signed within 24 hours of going live.

Who it's for

Is this right for your firm?

Every other channel sends people to your site to check you out. If it's slow, vague or broken on a phone, everything else costs more.

A good fit

  • Firms whose site is slow, dated or hard to use on a phone.
  • Firms with one "Practice Areas" page listing everything, and no page for the cases they actually want.
  • Firms whose forms go to an inbox nobody checks, or nowhere at all.
  • Firms starting from nothing, or moving off a site builder they've outgrown.
  • Firms whose clients speak another language, and want a site that does too.

Probably not the right fit

  • Firms that want to rewrite pages themselves every day in a drag-and-drop builder. We make the changes for you instead.
  • Firms looking for the cheapest template site they can find. That's not what we build.

How it works

Step by step.

From the site you have (or don't) to one that gets calls.

  1. We look at what you have

Speed on a phone, which pages exist, what's indexed, whether AI crawlers are blocked, where the forms send leads, and which pages already bring visitors, so nothing that's working gets thrown away.

  2. We plan the pages

A page for each practice area and location you want to be known for, each opening with a plain answer to what the visitor came for. You tell us which cases you want more of, and that decides the page list.

  3. We write and build

Copy written from your facts, never invented. A fast custom build that's clean on a phone, structured data that labels your firm, lawyers and services, a sitemap, and robots rules that let search engines and AI tools in.

  4. We wire it to your intake

Forms post straight into your CRM, and every form asks how they found you. From there, the instant text back and follow-up take over. Nothing lands in a dead inbox.

  5. You check, then we launch

You review every page for accuracy before it goes live. Old addresses redirect to their new pages, so you keep what Google already knows about your site.

  6. We keep it running

Edits when you ask, new pages when you add a practice area or office, and fixes when something breaks. The site is yours.

What's in every site

Built for the person deciding, and for the machines that send them.

A stranger decides in seconds whether to call you. Google and AI tools decide whether to send that stranger at all. Every site we build is made for both.

Fast on a phone

Most people looking for a lawyer are on a phone, often in a hurry. Pages load fast and images are sized for the screen, so nobody waits on a slow connection.

A page for every case you want

One vague page listing twelve services tells visitors, Google and AI tools that you do everything and nothing in particular. A clear page per practice area and location tells them exactly what you do, and where.

Readable by Google and AI tools

Structured data (labels that tell machines this is a law firm, these are its lawyers, this is what it does and where), a sitemap, clean addresses, a real 404 page, and AI crawlers allowed in. It's the same groundwork our AI search work builds on.

Wired to your CRM

Forms post straight into your CRM, and every form asks "How did you hear about us?" with an AI option, so you hear in the client's own words what brought them.

More than one language, when your clients need it

Each language gets its own pages, checked by a fluent reader before they go live.

Working with us

What the first three months look like.

No promises about rankings by a date. Here's what the work looks like.

  1. Week 1

The audit and the page list

We go through your current site (or the lack of one), agree the page list with you, and collect the facts only you have: practice areas, the cases you want more of, bios, offices and phone numbers.

  2. Month 1

    The build

Most of the writing and building happens here. You review pages as they're ready, and nothing goes live until you've checked it.

  3. Month 3

    Live, measured, growing

Once the site is live, we watch which pages people land on, which calls and forms come in and from where, and what Google and AI tools pick up. New pages go where the data says the demand is.

Who does what

What we do, and what your firm does.

We do the building. You bring the facts only you know.

What we do

  • Review your current site, speed, pages and forms
  • Plan the pages around the cases you want
  • Write the copy from your facts, and build the site
  • Add structured data, a sitemap and crawler access
  • Wire every form into your CRM
  • Redirect old addresses so nothing breaks
  • Make edits and add pages when you ask

What your firm does

  • Tell us which cases you want more of, and which you don't
  • Send bios, office details and anything that's changed
  • Check every page for accuracy before it goes live
  • Tell us when something changes: a new lawyer, office or practice area

Measuring it

How we measure results.

A website is measured by what it brings in, not by how it looks.

01

Calls and forms from the site

How many people reached out through the site, and which pages they came from.

02

Where visitors came from

Google, Bing, AI tools like ChatGPT, your ads, or straight to your name. Each shows up separately in your analytics.

03

"How did you hear about us?"

Every form asks, with an AI option, so you hear it in the client's own words.

04

Signed cases from the site

Leads from the site land in your CRM, so when you mark who signed, you can see whether the site brings the cases you actually want.

“Having worked with many SEO companies in the past, I was familiar with the typical trend of over-promising and under-performing.”

Before you book

What owners ask us first.

The five things owners ask before they hire us for this, answered straight.

“I tried an agency before and got burned.”

The usual story: a site that looked nice, an SEO company that over-promised, and nothing to show for it. We tell you what's on the site and why, and you check every page before it goes live.

No long-term contracts, you own everything we build, and you deal directly with the people doing the work, not an account manager.

“I don't have time for this.”

You give us the facts and check the pages for accuracy. We write, build, wire and launch it. After that, a change is a message to us.

“Will this work in my market or practice area?”

The site is built around your practice areas and your market, so there's no template to squeeze into. Our case studies span personal injury, family, criminal and DUI defense, immigration, estate planning, employment, real estate and more. We work with law firms across the US and Canada, and also in Australia and the UK.

“What if the leads are bad?”

A good site filters as well as attracts. Clear practice-area pages tell people what you take and what you don't, so fewer of the wrong people reach out. And because site leads land in your CRM, you can see when the wrong ones come in and fix the page that's drawing them.

“How do I know it's working?”

Calls and forms from the site, visits from Google and AI tools in your analytics, and what new clients say when the form asks how they found you.

The next step

30 minutes, and a straight answer.

It's a conversation about your firm, not a presentation about us. Here's exactly what happens on it.

  1. You tell us how cases come in today

Your practice areas and market, what's running now, what you've tried before, and what didn't work.

  2. We tell you what we see

Where the gaps are, what we'd start with and why, and what it would need from you.

  3. You get a straight answer

If we can help, we outline what working together would look like. If we can't, we say so.

“He was a thoughtful listener and quickly grasped the unique aspects of my practice. The plan he outlined was cohesive, insightful, and felt highly actionable.”

Common mistakes

Where firms go wrong.

We see these on law firm sites all the time. Each one costs calls quietly.

  1. A homepage that tries to say everything

If a visitor can't tell in a few seconds whether you handle their kind of case, they go back and call someone else.

  2. Forms that go nowhere

A form that emails an old inbox, or silently fails, loses leads for months before anyone notices. Ours post straight into your CRM.

  3. Blocking the crawlers by accident

Some security settings and plugins block AI crawlers by default. If they can't read your site, they can't recommend you.

  4. Rebuilding without redirects

Change your page addresses without pointing the old ones at the new pages, and you throw away what Google already knew about your site.

FAQ

Questions lawyers ask us.

Straight answers to what comes up on almost every first conversation.

Do you sell SEO?

Not as a separate service. The things that get a law firm found (fast pages, a clear page per practice area and location, structured data, crawler access, consistent listings and reviews) are built into every site we make and into our AI search work.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own everything we build. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, we'll help you move it. We'll never hold it hostage.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?

Rebuilds lose rankings when old addresses break. We keep the pages that already bring visitors and redirect every old address to its new page, so Google follows you to the new site instead of hitting dead ends.

Can I edit the site myself?

Most of our clients would rather not, so we do it: tell us what to change and we change it. Anything new still goes past you for accuracy before it's live.

Will the website work with my CRM?

Yes. Forms post straight into your CRM, along with how the person says they found you. From there, the follow-up from our systems work takes over.

Does a new website help with AI search?

It's the one source you fully control, so yes. Clear pages, plain answers, structured data and open crawler access are exactly what ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Copilot read. The rest of AI search (reviews, listings, Bing) sits around it.

Can the site be in more than one language?

Yes. Each language gets its own pages, checked by a fluent reader before they go live.
